All non-reproducible causes in 'live-build' itself have been identified by me and reviewed and merged by Luca Boccassi and Raphaël Hertzog (Thanks!). * The 'standard' image is reproducible, if fontconfig and mdadm are patched. For fontconfig I've created a patch that works for live-build, but not for all other tool that might who need it.
