Nope. As for as I know.
RAM usage is dependent on number of running services and live components
like desktop, taskbar , login manager , any and all startup programs etc.
I was able to build a 32 bit image using icewm with SLiM , iso size around
1.5 to 2 GB,  but could cold boot it in around 70-90 MB RAM.
