After some online research, with reference to this page: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/753423/must-apt-behave-in-the-same-way-regardless-of-the-order-of-the-packages , I managed to solve it by adding the package xterm at the end of the list. Maybe it forces a dependency to be installed?
