That's probably not enough to bring 4574545920 bytes under 4 GiB. And even if it suffices, there will be few room for future growth. (But it will postpone the DVD size problem for a while.) I wonder whether on MS-Windows the usual DVD burn programs can do the equivalent of cat iso_part1 iso_part2 | xorriso -as cdrecord dev=/dev/sr0 - and the usual image copiers can do the equivalent of cat iso_part1 iso_part2 >/dev/sdd Have a nice day :) Thomas
