Not sure this is the proper way of reporting it but I don't know what to do, this is not a bug in a package.
The link: http://http.debian.net/debian squeeze-lts main reachable from: https://wiki.debian.org/LTS/Development#Add_squeeze-lts_to_your_sources.list is broken. If people try to add squeeze-lts to their source list, will be in trouble. Please forward as needed. Perhaps it would be useful to have a webmaster address to report this kind of issues.
