Howdy, To whoever uploaded chkrootkit_0.49-4+deb6u1: it didn't go through. It's sitting in /pub/UploadQueue on ftp-master. Based on file sizes, I suspect it might not have been signed.
To avoid unnecessary delays, I'll delete that upload and make my own if it isn't cleaned up in the next few hours.
