If you want to contribute fixes for those issues, you should follow the usual process described here: https://wiki.debian.org/LTS/Development Part of this is to prepare a fixed source package (.dsc) and to test the resulting binary packages. Once this is done you can send the "debdiff" between the current version of the source package and the version that you prepared to this list (and possibly also to the associated bug report). Others can then pick up the administrative work of reviewing the package, uploading the package and sending the DLA.
