Hello all, I have prepared updates for python2.6 (2.6.8-1.1+deb7u1) and python2.7 (2.7.3-6+deb7u4). The patch from upstream applied with only a small offset and I am confident in the resulting packages. However, given the critical role of Python in a Debian system, I thought it wise to announce the packages here and request some testing. The packages can be downloaded here:
