Any Chance of a Live Kernel Update?

I hope I have a correct address to write this list, as instructions seemed 
vague. Anyway, I asked a similar question in the Debian Accessibility list. I 
understand Ubuntu has some live kernel options. I would love to not need to 
reboot to run a newer kernel, as I am in Debian SID. Thanks so much in advance
