Hi,
I have prepared an update to GRUB 2 with several security fixes. This is needed
for shim 16.1. I have done limited testing, so I'd appreciate any further
testing of the update, given the nature of the package. The update can be found
at [1] (binaries can be found by clicking on the "Build $arch" links, then on
the "Output" tab), and I have also pushed the amd64 binaries to
people.debian.org [2], which you can add as a repository using the following
sources.list entry:
deb [trusted=yes] http://people.debian.org/~pochu/lts/repo/ ./
There are no -signed packages, those will only be available after the update is
released.
Feel free to reply here or directly to me, specifying what you were able to
test.
