+Biomaj-watcher for Debian
+-----------------

-To recreate the debian package structure, a script get-orig-source is
available in debian directory in svn structure. It copies necessary files from
svn to a debian structure. For BmajWatcher, the war file must have been
uploaded to a repository( war file is generated after a GWT compilation).

- The package includes jar files in the distribution as dependencies. Those are
located in the WEB-INF/lib directory of the webapp. GWT2 is used for initial
compilation (not yet packaged for debian) and other libraries are not either
available as packages. GWT based libraries are under Apache license v2 while
SmartGWT is under LGPL license.
