new 3414e7e new repository for hmmer version 2 - this package is to
allow programs dependent on version 2 to continue to work with minor
modifications. Modifications will be necessary to the binaries called, as this
package will rename them, appending 2 to the names, to allow coexistence with
the new hmmer version 3 package. hmmer version 3 is not compatible with version
2.
