d/salsa-ci.yml: disable i386 build and reprotest

mapsembler2 does not work anymore on 32 bits platforms, reproducible
build is not on horizon, and is not maintained upstream anymore. This
is an attempt to reduce the load on the Salsa CI by avoiding unneeded
and known to fail testings.
