The reasons why I used pkg-emboss is: - it already existed, - I intended to have the full EMBOSS source in the SVN. Since we finally use MergeWithUpstream, I have nothing against moving it. Actually, I have even less against somebody else than me doing the move ;) Also, I do not think that we went so far that our archived revisions are precious.
