Dear Cédric, in the Debian-Med project we track the upstream updates with a robot that visits regularly the places where the software can be downloaded. We noticed that in http://www.tcoffee.org/Packages/ there are versions higher than the one in http://www.tcoffee.org/Projects_home_page/t_coffee_home_page.html and wondered if they are beta or if we can go ahead and pacakge the latest.
