Hi all, I have packaged a new upstream release of muscle, a program for multiple sequence alignment. It fixes a building bug when GCC 4.3 is used, and as for mustang, the name of the upstream tarball was not changed for this new release :(
I have decided to call this new tarball 3.70+fix1. The generous sponsor who will upload it will have to download the version 3.7 and rename it accordingly. (For historical reasons, a 0 is appended to the version number, because upstream sometimes uses versions number such as 3.52 instead of 3.5.2, and we do not want to have a three digit epoch in ten years ;) For the packaging itself, I made two major changes: - muscle-doc contained only one html file. I decided to merge it with muscle. - I swiched to CDBS. Last thing before uploading, I did not manage to make the fixed watch file work. Can somebody confirm if it is still broken?
