MESA seems to be a suite of tools for testing IHE conformance. IHE: Integrating Health Environment (or some such) Connectathon: a (rather expensive) gathering of companies running IHE conformance tests, happens annually It seems with MESA OSS projects could run at least some of the tests from at least last year for free.
