Hi all, The clustalw package is ready for upload. There has been a new upstream release this week, in which a new option has been introduced (-fullhelp). Also, Clustal packages have a new home, www.clustal.org. The manpage, that was anyway not complete, is therefore a bit more outdated. I do not have time for a proper upgrade, so I think I will file a bug on the package after upload.
