Hi, a colleague of mine asked about a GUI for EMBOSS and I found JEmboss
http://emboss.sourceforge.net/Jemboss/ while the docs say it would be included in the EMBOSS tarball, but if I look at http://emboss.sourceforge.net/Jemboss/install/standalone.html it talks about version 3.x.x? Is there any reason that JEmboss is not contained in our emboss packages or did I missed something?
