Hi Jan and everybody,

Although this is not a MUST of 3.8.0 and thus doing nothing keeps
conformance, including such a disclaimer indeed makes the package
compliant with the new requirement to explain how the patch system used
in the package works.

I encourage other maintainers do do the same in our packages.
