Dear Debian archive administrators and Debian Med team, I uploaded a new upstream version of SeaView, which unfortunately became non-free as it uses files from the PHYLIP package, that does not allow revenues to be drawn.
The rest of SeaView is licenced under the GPL version 2 or superior, and I have triple-checked with Upstream that an exemption is given to use the GPL-incompatible files. All of this is reflected in debian/copyright and the seaview(1) manual page.
