please remove plink_1.03p1-1_mips.deb from Sid: later versions do not build on mips anymore and this package never migrated to Testing for an unrelated reason that was solved in the meantime. I have set the severity of the FTBFS bug (#536676) to ‘important’ so that plink can migrate to Testing after the removal.
