So I guess medisnap could be enhanced to provide this but I would recommend to do this at another level. Practice A must not know that practice B has seen patient XYZ unless there is consent of the patient. In that case practice A might flag the record accessible for practice B Both might then share the same image files or annotations but I believe this has to be added to medisnap. S.
