Just to be clear about my suggestion:  I consider a the T-Coffee page as
a temporary solution for a certain topic of packaging T-Coffee as
perfectly valid because it is featuring certain work items for a limited
life span (until they are worked down).  This seems to be a reasonable
think for manual maintenance of a Wiki page. 

In contrast to this the SequenceAlignment page is intended as a general
overview which has turned out to be not maintainable manually over a
longer time and thus I want to replace *this* (not the T-Coffee page).
