Hi Stephen, I'm writing on behalf of the Debian Med project which tries to assemble Free Software for bio-medical research in a ready to install form inside the Debian GNU/Linux system (and thus as a consequence into Ubuntu). When trying to work on Prottest I realised that you tool Phyutility is used as third party library and so I would be interested in packaging it as precondition for Prottest. I found the Download page
http://code.google.com/p/phyutility/ for the binary but for the Debian package we just need the source code. While it is prefectly possible to obtain it from SVN you would drastically simplify our work if you would provide the source code as a tar archive (as you did for version 2.1 but not for the latest 2.2). If you like the idea of getting an official Debian package of Phyutility we would really welcome your support. Kind regards Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
