Dear all, I am preparing the gofigure2 package. I tried to build it against the recently uploaded VTK 5.6.1 package, but it keeps failing with the following error:
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.4.5/../../../../lib/libvtkIO.so: undefined reference to `__cxa_pure_virtual@libmysqlclient_16' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status I had reported this error earlier when building GDCM. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=617240 I can reproduce the issue from my (physical) machine as well as a pbuilder env.
