Hi, I have packaged biomaj-watcher, now that biomaj is in official repository. (upstream source has been updated, it needs to be refreshed)
I tested with pbuilder and it looks fine. It integrates some jar files as GWT2 is not packaged in Debian (and I am not confident enough to do it now), as well as a few other open source libraries that need GWT2 too. As such, it should be uploaded to contrib or non-free (included binaries are open source, it is only a matter of packaging), not sure exactly which one. When GWT2 is package, I should be able to remove binaries from package. Thanks for having a look and uploading it if ok.
