hm I think I owe you guys an explanation: When I log in for the first time in any computer system, the very first thing I do, is drop my ssh key in to the authorized_keys file. So, I was surprised, when I tried to log into alioth and was greeted by the Password: prompt. and it just dawned on me that svn.debian.org == alioth.debian.org . So, I apologize for looking, again, like a complete dummy.
I just edited the bio and bio-ngs files, and posted them up. please check to see if i made any mistakes. added: SNAP, repeatmasker, trf, augustus, mugsy, apollo, chado, eHive, ECHO, ANNOVAR, CMap, GBrowse_syn, JBrowse, Trupal Thank you very much.
