Hi Yaroslav, In this new package: http://johnhommer.com/academic/code/cnrun/source/deb/cnrun_1.1.12-2.dsc I have included the debian/upstream, which contains the details of the paper where cnrun was first used.
I leave it to you to decide whether this single addition warrants a rebuild/reupload (perhaps it still does, because upstream says cnrun is, in its current state, just 'done' and they have no plans to do any development, meaning no 1.1.13 is to be expected with debian/upstream incorporated upstream).
