Hi, I still have issues to update pom location with libsnappy1.0.3-java due to maven helper. I am still working on this (I can't patch the pom.xml and maven.rules does not seem to update artifactid)
In the meanwhile I have updated picard-tools for use libjbzip2-java (Depends, Build-Depends and a patch in code and binary). Indeed, jbzip2 use org.itadaki and not org.apache.tools. It also uses BZip2xxxx classes instead of CBzip2xxxx (plus minor api differences) A sample run seems to work with this. Charles, could you test with real examples to check it?
