-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 Hi everyone,
now that upstream has uploaded the current source, I think my aragorn package is ready. Would anyone care to sponsor, please? By the way, the aragorn web page (http://mbio-serv2.mbioekol.lu.se/ARAGORN/) relies on javascript to link to the source file by setting the document location in the browser to the download URL -- that means no href link for uscan to pick up in a watchfile. Has anyone come up with some way to deal with that situation? E.g. to define a regex for the actual remote file location and have uscan try and increase the version numbers until a valid file comes back? I could not find anything in the manpage about that -- is there maybe another tool to do this? By now I simply wget the file using a URL constructed from the version number in the changelog, but I'd prefer a way using uscan ;) Thank you very much and have a nice weekend, Sascha - -- Sascha Steinbiss Center for Bioinformatics University of Hamburg Bundesstr. 43 20146 Hamburg Germany Email: [email protected] URL: http://www.zbh.uni-hamburg.de/steinbiss Phone: +49 (40) 42838 7322 FAX: +49 (40) 42838 7312 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJRMlxTAAoJEFVWo04Eo2ELckQQAJnh1pkXb2d9cOp7c65PpsSR KldQ64uUii2H8O1PtEWk98LwMESMNv9hh/Ctg463Lad6JZkFCNHR8o3r1mtPyLC2 2mwaL+m4h3iFL2ZheEs5Ywyj9DsNze3fOHzOL9JzGWmbDTPCjAZFJ39Y8PCNteSy wyJsk86AAVU1xYMj9vFKLN3ro+XIe6rh3e+/6oygGNwqCLQMbv2P9rxjW6wNrA3T fX687aEX7RzFeXYvbHZYcGdc1/noviRo9dIBxdyvhGc3/GBfqlyLCcWRnoXZ7GOf gkCjqKEcoX6jSIWU2KBummeZxvr3w/00PpoZRTqma8zIhqAz1L6tiExUXmwok88t p3v8u3T9/QY0fywHGWxTmMWE+KSZX94qr80hht6HIUcTFabveK+A2mAMy4PAjXbT qviO4Xh7QpIm3EQJLQTpPlWVytu/l4gQKPYDXAXaJrw++sQs1KdCN0mVTw5UmmtA bfP+q06CIecc+OoZTxDS8CQG03ZA4MmLoMhEBkfdBlbkfCQaY1JRqFsTvKxzRiNJ LihD27fZ0AiM9TmJeoMZ12DUJswEj1/Z9RnIuC45P8bwM4ijahf4HadCe7ehsj5j Xb4wIF/VndOwyiZ3UVSdNaAmvVMYbwV2V1CJDABpENt0r4sLejrV+qum9UMnJ0uL 5TQssUYuuD+kUinV4ZsK =tytB -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
