I noticed that qiime package recommends chimeraslayer which is not yet
in Debian but we do have some preparation here:
svn://svn.debian.org/debian-med/trunk/packages/microbiomeutil/trunk/
Could you please confirm that this is the latest status of packaging?
If yes I'd try to finalise this to get a real package. Otherwise please
commit your latest changes.
