Dear developers of OpenBUGS, I am packaging OpenBUGS [1] as part of the Debian Med project [2]. Since we cannot compile libOpenBUGS.so on Linux and as you can see on [3], for OpenBUGS integration in Debian we need your permission to distribute the binary as you distribute it in your source package. So, I ask you a public permission to distribute libOpenBUGS.so as binary in our package.
