Now I have tried to educate myself on the procedures of binnmu. Going forward, it seems that my job is to look out for the resolution of #755539, and then send an email to debian-release with a binnmu string. Maybe like this: nmu plastimatch_1.5.16+dfsg-1 . ALL . -m 'Rebuild against fixed libinsighttoolkit, see #759971.' Do I understand the process correctly?
