Hi all, I had a look at python-pysam, and I removed the python3-pysam-tests, which contained the same upstream test suite as in python-pysam-tests.
Unfortunatly, running this test suite via autopkgtest (sadt) fails with the following error: E: ====================================================================== E: ERROR: testCount (compile_test.BAMTest) E: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- E: Traceback (most recent call last): E: File "/tmp/sadt.wy39mce7/compile_test.py", line 32, in testCount E: pysam.Samfile(self.input_filename)) E: File "pysam/calignmentfile.pyx", line 302, in pysam.calignmentfile.AlignmentFile.__cinit__ (pysam/calignmentfile.c:4754) E: File "pysam/calignmentfile.pyx", line 336, in pysam.calignmentfile.AlignmentFile._open (pysam/calignmentfile.c:5356) E: File "pysam/calignmentfile.pyx", line 451, in pysam.calignmentfile.AlignmentFile._open (pysam/calignmentfile.c:6527) E: OSError: file `b'pysam_data/ex1.bam'` not found E: I have spent up my time budget for today, but if someobdy can have a look, that would be great.
