Should have it working in 24-48 hrs.

This dependency is only in some parts of test suite at the moment, and, in any case, PAUP* itself will be open source once it is finally released.

We will work on making not running the PAUP* tests the default, unless the user specifically requests it by providing a path to the PAUP binary.

Ahhh, this is an unexpected dependency since it leaves the Free Software
space.

We will add some logic that skips the tests if PAUP* is not available and
push. Will let you know when this is ready!

Cool.  If you consider that this might take say longer than one week
feel free to tell me also this fact.  Meanwhile I could patch the test
suite to just delete the tests in question which would serve the wanted
purpose as well.
