Generally there is no requirement to subscribe the list. Anybody is
allowed to post. I suspect there is some spam filter catching your
mails. :-(
In any case it might not harm if you subscribe the list (which could
have influence to this spam filter ???) anyway since I guess there is
relevant information for you.
