[RFU] praat 6.0.4-2

In the preparation of version 6.0.4-1, I did a big mistake and forgot to 
commit something that is crucial for getting Praat working correctly: the 
package must be built against Pulseaudio, otherwise the sound playback 
does not work.

Please, upload version 6.0.4-2, prepared in Git as in commit 3f898b8.
