Unfortunately even after having manually extracted about 120 packages I had allowed -dmo to take over, I still cannot install newer versions since there are still quite a few KDE packages which haven't been converted over to qt5 / kf5 thereby blocking (even by dist-upgrade) libboost1.55 -> libboost1.58 upgrades (which also require a libstc++ 4->5 transition :-/ Does Orthanc really require libdcmtkFIVE and libboost 1.fiftyEIGHT ?
