Dear all, I've prepared the latest snapshot of castxml in the packaging git. It fixes some problems with g++-6 interaction and this update is also required for building insighttoolkit-4.9.

Once the new castxml is in the archives, I'd also like to ask for sponsoring of insighttoolkit-4.9-1 (it has to go through NEW). It is already prepared in the svn repo and I'm currently doing a test-build that runs fine so far (79%).
