OK, as promised a list of packages with priorisation by popularity contest based on the maximum vote of any of the binary packages created by a source package. Please check out this script: https://anonscm.debian.org/git/blends/website.git/tree/misc/sql/0-missing-autopkgtest.sh It has a fallback to the public UDD mirror if you have no local UDD. You can call the script as 0-missing-autopkgtest.sh debian-med bio | less and get a nice todo list somehow ordered by relevance (well, new packages have not so many users yet - but I have no better idea to do some priorisation). Canberk, please confirm that you can run this query successfully and make some sense out of it what to do next. I've just uploaded exonerate containing your first test - but it will probably take one day to show up on the list. Please let me know if you need more hints to decide where to work on. Kind regards Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de
