r-bioc-deseq2 needs to wait for r-bioc-geneplotter in unstable. The
latter is uploaded. Please note that I added another way of testing by
rebuilding the vignettes. Might be helpful to have this template at
hand in case upstream does not explicitly provide a method to test.
