Hmmmm, at least I should have been aware. :-( Thanks for the pointer - I admit I'm now hesitating a bit. There is no reason to assume that bio-tradis needs later Edger versions and may be it is better to explain why we provide an outdated r-bioc-edger package in README.Debian or even long description.
