I can't upload to unstable as one of the deps (gkl) depends on htsjdk , and need a *recent* one (the one in experimental works, the one in sid fails). So to upload those picard-tools deps, we first need to put htsjdk in sid > >> When I have green flag, I can upload new dependencies to unstable before >> uploading picard-tools. > So green flag from my side without testing anything since I do not even > have a better idea how to test ... > > Kind regards > > Andreas. > -- Olivier Sallou Univ Rennes, Inria, CNRS, IRISA Irisa, Campus de Beaulieu F-35042 RENNES - FRANCE Tel: 02.99.84.71.95 gpg key id: 4096R/326D8438 (keyring.debian.org) Key fingerprint = 5FB4 6F83 D3B9 5204 6335 D26D 78DC 68DB 326D 8438
