Hello, We have the ViennaRNA packaging with us for a long time. There is a new version 2.4.6 which seems to have many generated automake/conf files removed from the source tree. It compiles but patches have to be adjusted.
Upstream has Debian packaging instructions. There is also a Conda package for it, referenced by OMICtools. Would there anybody out there to prepare it all for an upload? Best, Steffen
