I usually ran `cme fix dpkg-control` and than document what happened.

I tried to use cme, but it need to be installed from unstable. Last time I
did it and had problem with one of the dependencies of this package (do not
remember its name). After that I had returned my cme back to stretch. Maybe
I will soon find time to figure out how to do it properly or I will at
least upgrade my system to buster.

Could you please take a look at my commits to soapdenovo? I think I have
finished with it.
