Hello, I just contributed an initial packaging of https://blends.debian.org/med/tasks/bio#omegamap (yellow bio-linux package) to salsa (https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/omegamap). @Tony, how would you feel about becoming one of the Uploaders? I thought this may help. The package needs a bit of extra love for the description of the documentation. I admit that I only uploaded the package to help minimising the delta between bio-linux and Debian. And I have no idea if the package works at all. Could you please test it? Or even have a "test" that could become part of the package?
