Hi Andreas, I noticed that HYPHYGTK build target was removed in the latest version. Moreover, all the code related to GUI and GTK was deleted as it is said here [1]. So, I guess we need to delete *hyphygui* binary package from hyphy as well. Just doing it solves the build problems completely. If it is a proper way, I will commit the required changes.
