Hello, I just uploaded version 1.1.3 of bcbio. This supports an array of different workflows. And for some we still lack respective packages. Michael did a nice job to list what is missing on https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/bcbio/blob/master/debian/TODO . @Andreas, I happily help mentoring for any of these packages.
For a few tools, like kallisto, I was really suprised that we don't have it, yet. Linuxbrew has it. Ouch. Anyway, I am really thankful for this list and a certain sensation of "completeness" that comes with it.
