The EDAM files have a version identifier https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/bowtie2/blob/master/debian/upstream/edambehind the specification ("EDAM") of the ontology used - ancient 1.13 it is for that tool. Could you please have a look at the possibility to also parse the version? We should also think about presenting a bit more on the task page. The summary scope maybe? With a hyperlink to the raw edam file in the repository?
